【轉知】中華大學Chung Hua University -EMI教學研討會 EMI Teaching Conference

主旨：本校舉辦第二屆EMI教學研討會，函邀所屬相關領域教師踴躍報名參加，請查照轉知。

說明：

一、本校觀光學院結合TCL主辦第二屆EMI最佳實務互動教學研討會（2nd Annual EMI Best Practice Interactive Pedagogy Conference），提升各大專校院及高中職校教師英語授課（EMI）之教學效能，海報如附件，敬邀參加。

二、時間：2026年1月16日（星期五）09:30–17:00，地點：中華大學研發大樓二樓I206 Smart Classroom。

三、本研討會延續去年良好成效，邀請來自全台多所大學（包含中華大學、清華大學、政治大學等）教師分享具體可行之EMI教學實例，協助教師強化學生參與度並提升內容與語言的學習成果；活動聚焦於EMI授課之互動增能，包括分組任務設計、主動式學習技巧及 EMI 教學策略分享。

Subject: Invitation to Participate in the 2nd Annual EMI Best Practice Interactive Pedagogy Conference

Description:

  1. The College of Tourism at our university, in collaboration with TCL, will host the 2nd Annual EMI Best Practice Interactive Pedagogy Conference to enhance the effectiveness of English-Medium Instruction (EMI) among faculty members in universities, colleges, and secondary schools. A conference poster is attached. We sincerely invite your faculty members to participate.

  2. Date & Time: January 16, 2026 (Friday), 09:30–17:00
    Venue: Room I206 Smart Classroom, 2nd Floor, R&D Building, Chung Hua University.

  3. Building on the positive outcomes from last year, this conference invites instructors from several universities across Taiwan (including Chung Hua University, National Tsing Hua University, National Chengchi University, and others) to share practical and feasible EMI teaching cases. The event aims to support teachers in increasing student engagement while improving both content learning and language proficiency. The conference will focus on interactive EMI teaching enhancement, including group task design, active learning techniques, and EMI instructional strategies.
